Andoze fits wider feet perfectly. Our standard size chart goes up to Men US Size 13 (which is fairly large). Please refer to our size guide.

Since Andoze shoes are made from natural fabrics, we suggest: Natural Sneakers- Go for one size bigger, for sizes in half. Cotton Slip-ons- Opt one size bigger than actual size. If you still feel unsure, then you can easily return the shoes in 30 days as per our return policy.

The Cotton Slip Ons start out a little snug and then stretches naturally. The Natural Sneakers’ material is super accommodating but will fit similarly over time as it retains the shape.

Our Insoles are made from farm straw with cotton lining on the top. But since everyone’s feet are a bit different, we have tested our shoes on different people and everyone has loved them.

Our Natural Sneakers and Cotton Slip-ons are treated with Korean anti-water technology that doesn’t let the shoe material absorb water and keeps your feet dry at all times.

Andoze shoes are extremely dust-repellent but they may get dirty over a period of time. They can be easily washed in the machine in gentle mode (just like we wash our clothes). But please be sure to remove the insoles before putting the shoes inside the machine

Standard shipping takes about 5 business days to arrive with free shipping charges. Express shipping takes about 3 business days to arrive and the shipping fee starts from $4.95. The shipping options and rates vary according to different locations. The details will be reflected on order check out.

Modification/Cancellation of orders is not possible. The shoes are thoroughly packed and shipped within 2-6 hours of ordering. However, you can mail us your concern at help@andoze.com and we will provide you with the best assistance.

Returns and exchanges are easily accepted if your sneakers aren’t worn, washed, damaged and are still in the original condition & packaging. Please ensure that you wear and test your Andoze shoes for the first time indoors on a clean floor. In case you plan to exchange/return them, kindly refrain from wearing them outside. This helps avoid the possibility of making the shoes dirty. We do not accept any worn down, disheveled, washed or altered shoes.

Please initiate returns here, and select Return to get your QR express code. Drop off your original package of shoes in perfect condition at your closest Return Location. Your new exchange order will be shipped in the next 24 hours, and your refund will be immediately processed. In case the Return locations are not available in your region, you can return the shoes via Mail. Print and affix the free shipping on the original packaging, and drop off the shoes at the carriers listed on the label (USPS, FedEx, or DHL). In case the label is DHL, you can also arrange a pick-up here, It may take up to 3 weeks to process your return, and you'll be notified, once your return is approved.
